About the event
Health Expos are becoming to quite a popular community event. People are able to receive free health screening, tests and information on everything from diabetes to weight management.
The Health Expo is a health fair but only better. It is staffed by volunteers who don't just tell you what is wrong, they give you simple advice to prevent disease and in some cases reverse it if you already have it.
This event will also include Healthy cooking demo's, natural remedies and children's activities.
The Health Expo on the 6th of August 2023 will feature screening for blood pressure, lung capacity, body fat, Harvard step test, and computerised health age appraisals. Doctors will also be available for 1-2-1 sessions.
